KIDS PROGRAM
Kids Ages 3-5
A fun and interactive introduction to the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We focus on the most basic of Jiu-Jitsu techniques, utilizing simple movements and games to help your child develop coordination, body awareness and balance while having a blast on the mats.

Kids Ages 6-8
Students will delve into the exciting world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, developing fundamental skills and building upon their physical and mental capabilities. Our classes provide a safe and supportive environment where kids learn essential self-defense techniques, improve coordination, enhance discipline, boost self-confidence, and foster camaraderie among peers. We introduce drills, positional sparring, and limited live rolling, so they learn how to apply what they’ve learned in more realistic scenarios.

A dynamic and comprehensive exploration of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, focusing on refining techniques, building strength, and developing mental acuity. Classes provide a challenging yet supportive environment where students deepen their understanding of self-defense principles, enhance problem-solving skills, and cultivate resilience. Through teamwork and positive encouragement, kids will not only improve their physical prowess but also foster valuable friendships and a strong sense of sportsmanship. Whether your child is a beginner or has prior experience, our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class is designed to inspire growth, confidence, and a lifelong passion for martial arts.

Teens Ages 13-16
An exciting and challenging journey into the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, tailored to suit the unique needs and interests of teenagers. Our classes provide a progressive and dynamic training environment where students will refine their techniques, build strength and endurance, and deepen their understanding of self-defense strategies. With an emphasis on discipline, respect, and perseverance, students will not only enhance their physical skills but also develop valuable life skills such as confidence, focus, and leadership leaving a life-long impact.
